Rules & General Behaviour on our Forum, Game and TS Servers
We run servers for the good of both public and community based players - and we emphasise on
running the servers in a manner that the developers intended the game to be played. A summary of our rules are as follows:
- We will not tolerate disruptive behavour on our servers. This includes flaming or excessive use of foul language, acts of teamkilling or team wounding, and any action that is considered unsportsmanlike.
- We do not tolerate any form of racism on our server. Any racist language, either implied or direct, will lead to you being banned.
- We do not tolerate any form of hacking or cheating on our servers. This includes, but is not limited to CVAR hacks, glitching, entering out-of-bounds areas, stat-padding, sharking, cham skins, ESP and aimbots. We stream our servers to Punksbusted where possible and take PunkBuster™ screenshots to provide evidence with the goal of placing any cheaters on a Master Ban List.
- We do not endorse, promote or allow any form of piracy on our forums or game servers. If you are found to have an invalid CD Key, you are likely to be banned and reported.
- Our TeamSpeak server has multiple rooms within it. Please use the appropriate room for the game you are playing. Understand that dedicated game rooms are for talk relating to that game only. If you wish to just chat in general about a non-game topic, please use the lobby.
- We do not tolerate excessive foul language or disruptive behaviour on our Teamspeak server. Please remember that others are trying to play too. Becareful not to speak over each other.
- If you are a member of ZiiP and you wear the [ZiiP] Tags on a game server, you represent the entire community. Please remember this and do not break the rules of other servers that you play on. If there is disruption on our own server, do not argue with those involved. Please find an admin and wait for the situation to be dealt with.
- As a member of ZiiP, you are expected to play the game as it was intended to be played, as well as expected to act and behave in an adult manner. Therefore, we do not accept ZiiP members (or public players on our servers) to employ unrealistic techniques in order to gain an advantage. This includes, but is not limited to: Bunny Hopping and Dolphin Diving. We also do not expect our members to excessively use "leet-speak" or its varients.
- Our forums are frequented by both minors and adults, and also viewed by those that maybe in a work environment. Please consider this before posting.
